Position Description: International Business Internship

The Hawaii Foreign-Trade Zone, a division of the Hawaii Department of Business, Economic Development and Tourism, is seeking an individual to assist in compiling and analyzing trade statistics and other business data for use in the Zone’s marketing and outreach initiatives.  The individual will also help in planning and will be an active participant in the Zone’s 50th Anniversary celebration to be held in June 2016 and in other marketing activities as needed. The position is located at Pier 2 across from Restaurant Row.  This is an unpaid position.

The ideal candidate will be interested in international business; detail oriented, has a working knowledge of Excel and is comfortable with summarizing data.  Days and hours of work are flexible.   Please send resume + cover letter to bids@ftz9.org.
